♧GENERAL NOTE♧

This is in regard to orders, tracking, shipping, and so on. Harassment, and spamming of any kind is NOT TOLERATED. Keep in mind this is a small business that employs a variety of talented artists and is primarily run by a SINGLE individual who keeps up to date with tracking, order details, manufacturing updates, receiving, subscriptions, and so on. Spamming DM’s, or boards, or feeds, or inboxes with repeated questions, when they’ve likely already been addressed, is NOT okay.

There is ONE person responding to 90% of the messages, as well as taking care of manufacturing issues, supplies ordering, address updating, and SO MUCH MORE. Would you spam a large corporation asking for tracking details, or updates, or restocks repeatedly? Or would you wait a little bit? FIRST AND FOREMOST, WE ARE A SMALL BUSINESS RUN BY A VERY, VERY SMALL TEAM. In order to keep standards at a beautiful level, we cannot expand as people have suggested many times.

We will be opening a service that allows for limitless preorders by a specific date so that people can get their hands on the next box without worrying about it selling out. We are increasing to what is manageable. We have local friends aid us in our packing and shipping runs, as well as quality control so we can keep things at a personal, and professional level so you get quality items in quality time.

If we are to expand, we would likely need to outsource our packing, shipping, and processing facilities which can come with lower quality items, and higher prices. We don’t want to pass any of this onto you, and we want to keep Artists involved so we don’t plan to do this, EVER!

♧SUGGESTIONS FOR ADDRESS CHANGE♧

If you are unsure your items will arrive before you move, utilize your local area’s PO box services or drop off services. A lot of places will allow you to Hold For Pick Up (HFPU) where you can leave your contact information and they’ll call you when it arrives so you can go get it!

Most will hold for 5-10 days! Canada Post has Flex Delivery so you can pick the post office you wish for it to go to as an example so you can make sure it’s close! If these are not options, perhaps ask a friend so the box doesn’t get delivered to the wrong place or left deserted and you lose your goodies.

♧AVAILABILITY♧

We are a limited subscription service selling a limited number of exclusive boxes to subscription holders first, and then releasing the remainder to the public! We will be adding more subscriptions SOON! Boxes are a limited run. If popular enough we may do a re-run, but they will not be immediate so please keep this in mind before asking, repeatedly, after a box has been released and sold out.

If you miss out, we’re sorry but, there is nothing we can do, and you will have to wait and hope for a re-run! Boxes are released on the 1st of each Month at 12:00PM EST. No, we will not change the date because of your schedule or time zone. Boxes sell out QUICK. Quicker and quicker each month so make sure to log into your account so save time or create one beforehand so you don’t miss out!

♧OPTING OUT♧

Don’t want this month’s release? Cool! We now have account options that allow you to skip out on that month! Make sure to do so well in advance to avoid the charge!

♧ORDERS♧

When you place an order, make sure you check ALL your mail folders including spam, and junk. And even other emails, to make sure it has arrived. Also, give it a few minutes or so as a mass barrage of ANY system and server can result in delays.

Your order number will be in the confirmation email! Didn’t get to order? That’s unfortunate.

We have quite a bit of stock, and after subscriptions go through, we try to release what is left to the public. Sometimes there is a lot left due to manufacturing error, and sometimes there is not. Not everyone gets the chance to buy as things sell out FAST (the pro/con of a limited run item) but, that doesn’t give you permission to message staff, or load feeds and channels with hateful comments and suggestions. Sometimes we miss out on things and that’s just how it is.

A lot of the time if demand is high enough, we’ll do a second run of that box. We have done so previously and will do so again when we have the time to do so! Again, small business here! If we have any extras like prints, or stickers, or even charms, we will release them shortly after into grab bags, mystery packs, or even post them for single purchase! This is not always the case, especially if items received have defects and we can only utilize what we have for boxes but, if we do, they will go up on the website!

We are a subscription service, so public releases are few and far between. This is the pro and con to this service. Demand is high but, items are limited. This makes things much more desirable but, much harder to obtain and thus some people get left in the dust. This is why we are working on a preorder system so we can have MORE subscriptions available, people can skip months they don’t want, and we can still release some to the public. Once this has been implemented, there are likely still a few that’ll be left out, and sorry to say but, we can’t do anything about internet drops, connection issues, or your work availability!

♧SHIPPING♧

We do our best to make sure all boxes are shipped in a timely manner but, please be patient as we may encounter product errors or have to wait for reship of product entirely due to manufacturing defects, and so on.

We are working on utilizing a better courier service but, for now we are stuck with Canada Post, USPS, and international equivalents which are all experiencing their own delays and we can’t do anything about this. We do our best to ship items altogether but, sometimes this isn’t possible as we are limited in our packing team so we can only go through orders so quickly.

We know you want your goodies asap so we don’t hold back and wait to see if you’ve ordered extras that we can consolidate. Sorry about that!

♧CHARACTER SELECTION♧

Sometimes you don’t like a character, and that’s okay!

That’s why we let people skip out on months! But if you have any MAJOR issues with a character due to behavior, age, or anything else, please message us so we can look into this! We want to make sure our members are comfortable with all our work and we dive into each concern with great detail to make sure we’re not surfing the dark edges of the artistic world.

Our characters are based on a voting system we look to all of YOU to respond to! We often pick from the Top 3 choices of the poll for the next box’s character and may even put a few notes aside for future box features should a few push the numbers more than once but never quite reach the top!
